Each mold will be packed in sea-worthy wooden box before delivery.

2.Cleaning mould cavity/core and spread slushing oil on the mould
3.Cleaning mould surface and spread slushing oil on the mould surface
4.Put into the wooden case
Usually molds will be shipped by sea. If in very urgent need, molds can be shipped by air.
Lead Time :30 days after receipt the deposit
1.Various steel material is optional : P20, 718H, 838H, H13 etc.,if you have any other special requirements,our engineers are able to give you some reasonal suggestion.
2. Accept various format drawings : We have various 3D drawings software to support to check your drawings ,get every exact details and design the reasonal mold to help you save cost.If you don't have the drawings, we can also design it according to your samples.
3. Short lead time: Usually, we will finish them in 45days, if it's a urgent,we will shorten the time.
